Holiday 2016 is unlike any holiday rush we’ve had in the past. I’m usually running around the studio frantically asking where orders are and bribing the team to work extra hours so we can deliver every piece of jewelry on time. This year, it’s calm, productive and unbelievably busy! We have a reliable team of dedicated sand artists and packaging specialists working 12 hour days to make sure we get our custom jewelry shipped to thousands of people over the next few weeks. I love it!
The process we use to create each piece of Dune is quite time consuming. Normally it takes up to 3 weeks to create and ship an order. Luckily, we’ve been able to add to our operational team this year and reduce the turnaround time. If you order today, we will ship your order by December 23rd. Depending on where you’re shipping to, you may need to choose expedited shipping OR you could choose our RUSH option and your order will be produced and shipped by December 15th.
