What is Dune’s warranty policy?

Every piece of Dune Jewelry comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Each piece is handmade and made-to-order; as we like to say, “handmade with love & sandy hands”. To ensure that you enjoy your memories & experiences, and we want those memories to last a lifetime. We love it when you wear your Dune, therefore if anything goes wrong with your jewelry, we will happily fix or replace it at no additional cost. This excludes apparel, non-jewelry accessories, or free gifts (with purchase) and shipping fees may apply.

What is Dune’s repair policy?

If your Dune piece(s) needs repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, Dune Jewelry will repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit. What is Dune’s return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery for a DuneJewelry.com merchandise credit. The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt (or validated transaction id#).

Can website returns be processed by your retailers?

All online returns must be made directly with Dune Jewelry.

Can I bring my repairs to a Dune retailer location?

All repairs must be processed directly through Dune Jewelry’s production studio, however, our many retailers will be happy to help you process these requests.
